patient safety management, postoperative care, and stay assistance

for individuals undergoing MTF/FTM SRS, chest surgery, phalloplasty,

toward obtaining an international BLS certification,

are centrally managed by our CEO and Japan-based supervisors

through a remote, medically informed central control system.

even when support is delivered by newly assigned staff,

as senior supervisors continuously oversee each case and provide real-time guidance.

MEDEO places strong emphasis on accurate communication

Daily interactions: handled using high-precision medical-grade translation devices


Medical or urgent situations: handled directly and remotely

by the CEO or Japan-based staff, ensuring accurate transmission

of medically relevant information and preventing communication discrepancies



For cases requiring in-person professional medical interpretation,

or at the patient’s request, we can arrange

a specialized medical interpreter (pre-arranged optional plan).
